90 to 120 minute duration
A comprehensive evaluation of your presenting complaint(s) and case history followed by an in-depth clinical assessment (qualitative and quantitative) to establish the underlying cause(s) of imbalance in the context of your individual constitution.
30 to 45 minute duration
Follow-up consultations assess your progress and attend to any challenges or changes that might require re-evaluation or amendments to the existing management/treatment plan. It's also an opportunity to build on personal development and goal attainments through health and wellbeing coaching.
Up to 20 minute duration
The pre-consultation call is an opportunity to get to meet and discuss any queries you may have regarding your personal circumstances, services or subscriptions to ensure confidence and comfort going forward.
Full payment is required prior to confirmation of the appointment. A confirmation email will be sent with a payment receipt, reference number and video link invite.
A full refund will be made on cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee from the total price of the consultation booked and refund of the remaining amount.
Payments can be made via direct bank transfer within the UK and online payment platforms from outside the UK. International payees will be forwarded an online payment link to complete transfers.

Due to the nature of virtual calling, we are required to anticipate unexpected incidents occuring. In the case that connection issues arise at either end, arrangements will be made to reschedule at the earliest and most convenient time possible for both parties. No addtional charges will be incurred.
Your personal data is kept in accordance with GDPR and ethical practice codes of regulatory bodies. Platforms that have end-to-end encryption for 1:1 video calls are used to ensure security and privacy where sensitive information is being shared via videocall.
